More good news for Windsor! Core Fiber is bringing high-speed fiber internet to additional neighborhoods west of downtown, with new construction underway in the Windsor Manor, Riverbend, and Lakewood areas.
These latest projects cover residential neighborhoods near 15th Street and Main Street, extending our growing fiber network to more homes and businesses in the western part of town. It's another step in our ongoing expansion throughout Windsor, as we bring fast, reliable connectivity and personalized customer service to more Northern Colorado households.
Where is Core Fiber expanding in western Windsor?
Core Fiber has three expansion projects underway west of downtown Windsor, covering residential areas on both sides of Main Street (Highway 392), primarily around 15th Street.
The maps below highlight the approximate coverage boundaries for each project. Construction and service activation happen in stages, so availability will vary depending on your address.
Coming soon: Windsor Manor
One of Core Fiber's newest expansion areas covers residential neighborhoods just north of Main Street, between approximately 15th Street and 11th Street.
The project includes properties near Redwood Drive, Meadowwood Drive, and Ash Street, along with surrounding residential streets south of the Greeley Number 2 Canal. This expansion will help bring high-speed fiber internet to more households just northwest of downtown Windsor.
Coming soon: Riverbend
Core Fiber is also expanding its network into the Riverbend area, just south of Main Street near 15th Street.
The upcoming coverage includes residential streets such as Westwood Drive, Walnut Street, Tillwood Drive, and surrounding neighborhoods extending south toward Fernwood Drive. This project brings more homes in western Windsor closer to fast, reliable fiber connectivity.
Coming soon: Lakewood
Another expansion is underway in a smaller residential area near Lakewood Drive and Westwood Drive, just west of 15th Street.
The project also includes properties near Walnut Street and surrounding residential streets, building on Core Fiber's growing coverage in this part of Windsor. Although the Lakewood project is smaller than the nearby Riverbend expansion, it will help extend high-speed connectivity to additional households in the area.
Construction is underway in all three areas, with additional addresses expected to become eligible as each section of the network is completed.
